The relevance of this study is related to the need search for drivers growth in socio-economic development regions Russian Federation context a special military operation, since current unprecedented sanctions restrictions aimed at economy are causing serious damage it. Involvement foreign trade relations, and particular export, has positive effect on region. article analyses exports proposes spatial model using local global Moran indices. allows us determine clusters high low values ofthe studied indicator, poles, zones influence poles cluster values, potential territories that can become export centers future.
